How to Honour a Story

We interviewed an incredible person.

Ex-military. Played sport for their country (and won many international titles.)

Devoted to helping other people who have left, and/or been injured in the theatre of war.

We only had 30 minutes to interview them in a studio.

It happens this way, of course. But can anyone think of ways that we could have more richly captured their story?

If we were able to go further and deeper? To see them at work. Interacting with the people in their lives?

When you’re thinking about footage that you want to be sticky, re-purposed, future-proofed, and award-winning, think about giving your colleague/employee/film star time for their story to breathe.

Is there anyone you've filmed you wish you could have spent more time on/with?
